Septic permits are reviewed and approved by The Florida DOH of the corresponding County. For those unfamiliar with the procedure with the Health Department, the permit process can be challenging and complicated. What is it and what does it do for you?

A chamber is a sturdy, lightweight polyethylene plastic unit that combines maximized infiltrative surface area and storage capacity. this combination allows for increased effluent dispersal performance and improved structural integrity.

  • We would need the arquitectural floor plan with areas tabulation and the survey of the property with grade elevations on it.

  • Once we get all the information, we will provide the septic package ready for permit application within 4-6 weeks.

  • You will get all the documentation needed for permit application. That includes: septic plans and forms reviewed and signed by a profesional engineer. We will perform the site evaluation to gather the soil profile also known as “Borings” as required by The DOH.

  • Yes, we would gladly help with that upon request.
